Inu-hariko with Pink Sakura tote

Found patch-worked 2 pieces of fabric in my stash box!
I think I tried to make something long time ago, and didn't go well,
put them in the box.

Now, it turned out a tote bag :)

I used felt for interfacing for this bag.
I love the result most than canvas, normal interfacing, flannel.

    What a cute bag!!! Love the fabrics you used!!! Are those kimono fabrics?

    I got some kimono fabrics, but I'm always scared to use them.. still haven't found the right project, but u just gave me an idea!^^

    Fabrics use for this bag is actually cotton.
    Kimono fabric is usually silk or polyester, it is harder to deal with when you sew than cotton, isn't it.

    I also have some kimono fabrics and don't know what I can use it for yet. I guess, I can make a bag?

    Hi Kyoko, business are calm, because I'm not working too hard now that I'm on my 8th month of pragnancy...Mostly, when I sew, it's for my daughter or for me...

    Yes, it would be so happy to sew something for your daughter thinking of her. Maybe, you can make several for sale at once with hers? Is it too much trouble?

    I am now thinking to make pink sakura tote, but probably to have the inu-hariko character would be important to make a sale quickly. I don't have the same material anymore. It's too bad!
